83 Regal with full 87 GN conversion. LS swapped, boosted, 4l80E PROJECT

Description:
Up for sale is my long time project. Its an 83 Buick regal thats had a full 87 Grand national makeover. Hood, wing, bumpers, grill, interior, etc, all are from an 87 GN donor car. The car doesnt currently move. The engine runs, but the tranmission is out. there are a few things that need to be finished and a little bit more money that needs to eb spent to get it finished. I'll start with the list of modifications.
Exterior:
87 Gn hood
87 GN grill
87 GNX grill badge, NOS item (rare)
87 Gn front and rear bumpers
87 GN header panel
87 GN black headlight and taillight buckets
87 GN rear spoiler
18X8 camaro steel wheels with bad tires (was using for rollers but dont look too terrible.)
fiberglass bumper fillers
new gaskets in the door and windows
Interior:
procar racing seats
Autometer cobalt series gauges (speedo, tach, water temp, oil pressure, voltage, boost, fuel level)
Innovative wideband
dual pillar gauge pod
center console gauge pod
upper door panels recovered in grey suede
new window switches
aluminum horn ring (stock ones crack and break)

Custom fabricated hot side by Cheeks racing in northern VA
Twin tial 44MM wastegates with 13 pound spring setup
4" downpipe
Aluminum cold side charrge piping with all couplers
massive front mount intercooler (i believe its 4" thick, 36" long and 30" tall)
HKS blitz BOV
Precision PT80 80MM turbo (not included but can be worked into the deal depending on circumstances)
Suspension:
Front-
Blazer brake upgrade (twin piston calipers, larger rotors, blazer spindles, better hub bearings)
Spohn sway bar
energy suspension sway bar mounts and end links
Eibach lowering springs
bilstien shcoks
Rear:
Spohn rear swaybar
PMT fab solid lower and upper control arms
87 GN rear axle with mosier shafts, detroit 3:73 gearset and locker, summit rear cover, 4th gen F body rear disc brake conversion)
Kirban's brass proportioning valve.
Flaws/problems:
Paint sucks. It's a single stage paint job that didn't last even a year before it started to crack
One of the front bumper fillers is cracked
Small ding here and there on the body
Not finished, wiring needs to be organized
WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE TO FINISH THE CAR:
Needs a torque convertor. was going to do a 3500 stall
needs trans installed
Needs a turbo (if you dont spring for the one I already have)
Needs the wiring harness for the 4L80E
Needs a shifter and cables for the transmssion
needs to be re-tuned for the auto (had a 6 speed setup in it before)
Needs driveshaft shortened and th400 yoke installed
needs tires on the wheels
Some simple wiring in the interior to finish the gauges and whatnot.
this car has been a long time project for me and I dont want to sell it, but right now the military is royally screwing me over and it has to go. PLEASE DO NOT ASK ME TO PART ANYTHING OUT> I WONT DO IT. do not email/text me asking for a ton of pictures. If you are seriously interested, come look at the car in person and get a better idea of what you are actually getting.
My price does not include the turbo, but like I said we can work on that if need be. I am fairly firm on it as there is about 13K in the car the way it sits now.

This car is . . . you need to keep . . . damn it this is cool. Needs some Cragars with larger tires.
