1995 EG EK hatch with LS swap. Clean conversion, GSR brakes, Working A/C, Reliable

Clean title
just traded my civic coupe for this. I need this gone now. I figured id get a little more interest with this.
1995 civic hatch with power everything. Fresh black and grey interior. only 145k miles on chassis.
EXTERIOR
-eg ek conversion using a 2000 civic SI front end. Superb fitment. Clean conversion.
-fat 5 wheels with fresh khumo ecsta tires
- Duck bill
-Front lip
-Rear Lip
-Mid wing
-Frost white paint
-Black housing headlights.
ENGINE
-B18b swap
- Exedy stage 2 clutch
-Innovative engine mounts
- Exedy Flywheel
-DC sports headers
-Short ram intake
-Short Shifter
-Vafc
-OBX twin loop muffler
-Catco cat.
CHASSIS
-Tein stech springs in the rear and sleeve overs in the front. rides great.
- GSR Rear disk break conversion.
Interior- Fresh black and grey interior in great shape with GSR shift knob, JVC CD player, and alpine speakers. nice sounds system.
BAD-
Paint is really crappy. Windows need a little love when rolling down and up. will need new regulators sooner than later, Missing the plastic cover for the ignition on the steering colum. 3rd has mild grind at high RPMs. very common and doesnt necessarily need to be replaced. If it was me id upgrade to a b16/gsr tranny.
