1996 Chevy Camaro RS $2000

This is my girlfriends car. It is dark green, has factory alarm, stock rims, aftermarket radio, exterior is 8/10, interior is 8/10.
She has been having it for 2 years but barely drove it due to living up in Richmond for college
The Car runs and Drives. The only problem is the car idles kind of rough and it runs rich.
There has been a compression check done on the motor and the shop said the motor has a burnt valve.
She bought two brand new heads and a full gasket set to fix the problem but she doesnt want the car anymore.
The new heads have been resurfaced and clean by the Head Shop(have all the paperwork).
