It would all depend on what you're buying it for................
wheelie machine: gixxer 600
racer: R6
paid too much for what you got: ZX-6ninja
all around ass kicker: CBR 600rr

all around ass kicker: CBR 600rr

As I stated, the 600rr is the best "all around" 600. By FAR! This is obviously (mostly) opinion based, but what I stated earlier holds pretty much true. You can't go wrong with any of the 600's we all listed. But imho the 636 is just too much money based on what you're getting..............horse power. Big whoopdie.
I'm more about what I'm buying the bike for. If it was going to be a track bike I'd go with the R6 or gixxer 600. But given the wheelie prone gixxer I'd have to go with the R6. Just a better all around racer for the money.
Now that Honda has gone with inverted forks and those perfectly balanced/placed brakes (can't remember the term) I'd say that the 600rr is the best for all purposes. If you want a street bike that can hit the track I'd say it's the best fit.
