Ok guys ive searched everywhere. I purchased a 3-rail motorcycle trailer (its small) from a guy in MD, All i received was a bill of sale, so i go to the DMV to register it and they say i need a title to register it so i cant register it.. Well i call the guy and he doesnt have a title say he never had one. How would i go about getting a title for this? I would like to load the bike up when i go back to Indiana next weekend, but dont want to take a chance driving it without a tag on it. any help would be appreciated.

I didnt know you need a tag on such a small trailer, it sounds like I have the same type and I have been using it for over a year now going back and fourth to some tracks with no tag and no ticket or problems yet.
