title question for the more experienced guys in here
Do any of you guys know how to register a bike in Va that has a special construction title? The bike is a custom built chopper that already has a VIN and Clean title from California. Ive dug around the DMV website and ive seen the info on specialty construction vehicles/motorcycles where you have to get a VIN assigned. But this one already has it, the DMV in Suffolk had no idea what to do. I am going to go to a DMV in Virginia Beach tomorrow seeing as im sure this is much more common in that area vise where im at. Was just wondering if anyone had input or anything to add. Thanks for taking the time guys.
