just learn to slip the clutch out properly. Its harder on efi bikes like skrooz mentioned for the off idel stuff. You could have a local shop tune your bike correctly to fix the fi mapping aspect. The rest is just a "practice and get used to it" kind of thing. All of the bikes in my garage require different techniques and I usually look like a dumbass for the first couple minutes of riding it while trying to get used to the different styles.

you really might need a new clutch, and on bikes it is a very easy job.
