uh, hate to burst your bubble, but the tidewater area has been on the top 10 list for stolen bikes for years, this ain't a new thing 'round here.

from talking to a cop I know they're also known for very high in van thefts too......people steal the vans so they can put stolen bikes in them. Makes sense but I never thought of it that way
