question...........
when your fuel pump cuts on do you hear anything else besides the fuel pump...kinda like a little rattle or motor or something? just wondering. i just switched bikes and didn't hear it on my old one or anybody else's i had ridden. new bike is 04 gsxr 1000. thanks for any info

yea the 04 is noisy as hell, alot of clicking, buzzing, tapping, and some noises that sound like a old dot matrix printer, and it doesn't always sound the same so as long as it runs i wouldn't worry

no doubt...yeah, dot matrix printer...haha that's exactly what it sounds like. word. oh yeah, and i read a bunch of specs that say the rear tire is 190-50 and mine came w/ a 180-55?? thought that was kinda strange

You bought it brand new right? They definetly come from the factory with a 190, alot of guys, me included, will put a 180 on there for quicker handling, but thats not what comes on them from the factory... is it the same kind of tire front and rear?

thats pretty wierd, either a mix up at the factory which is the first i've heard of or maybe at the shop it caught a nail on the pre-delivery inspection and they replaced it accidentally with a 180... what kind of tires are they?
