Default New R1 owner to the RVA

Hey guys, i just bought practically a brand new 2001 R1 this past friday from a guy in MD. 1114 mi. on the odo. for 6325 - still has that new bike smell. Man, what a deal. The guy just never rode, pretty much only got it to say he had one and barely rode it around. His wife had a 550 ninja or something and went over the handlebars somewhere around 66 mi. on the thing and stopped riding, so i guess he just put his up for sale.

Anyway, its BONE STOCK with all the warning stickers and everything still on it. Basically im just asking, were is a good place to order things for it? I really want the fender eliminator kit and want to learn to intigrate the turn signals in the rear lights, or get those lights that spin around...and some HID's. Im kinda just going to keep it stock performance wise, the thing is fast enough, just looking for some nice cosmetic upgrades.

Oh, and how about those rear seat covers? Anything available for that cuz i dont ride a passenger that much since i have no G/F so...let me know. Thanks.

BTW, this is my first bike - haha -going BaIIs to the walls.

I wouldn't bother putting any money into it....................it will just be a wasted effort.

Wanna go for a ride next Saturday?

No, i really respect the bike a LOT. I know it has some power behind it and can get up to speed really quickly, but i am constantly watching how fast i ride because its very easy to go way over the limit without even knowing.

I will be taking one of those motorcycle awareness classes here soon though.
