I start it and i get the click followed by a buzzing noise. the buzzing noise will continue for as long as i keep my finger on the ingnition.

It still sounds like either a battery or starter/starter solenoid issue. Hook a multi-meter to your battery and note the voltage; should be around 12 volts if you just pulled it off the charger. Once you have the voltage for the battery, hit the starter switch and note the voltage on the multi-meter.

If the battery voltage checks out, try bridging the connection on the starter solenoid and see if the bike cranks. You can either use a screw driver to bridge the connection, or you can unbolt the cable from the battery and touch it to the other terminal on the solenoid.

That's about as far as my troubleshooting knowledge goes...

did you understand all that sup?
lol
What charge did you put 2 your battery? I know some charges have multiple settings and if it is not correct the battery is not fully charged

haha yah i understood it lol, took me a few moments but yup. i think i just got a bad battery because when we tested the battery, the results showed that it dropped to 2 volts under load.

So i got a new one and charging right now, i have a 1.5 amp charger set to 12 volts everything should be fine well find out in the next hour lol.

Did you try bridging the connection on the starter solenoid? Also, you might try tapping the starter solenoid with a hammer or screw driver to get it to work again temporarily. Other than that, it looks like you might be push starting for a while...
