That's correct. It's still a ZX6R, but not a 636.

That's why I'm saying I'd save myself like $3500-4000 and get a lightly used bike that already has some mods on it, you know? I used to be totally against buying used, but now I realize that's the smart thing to do as long as it's been taken care of. Why take the financial loss for something just to be able to say it's new?

i like the back roads of williamsburg, lots of nice curves. only downside is the cops are everywhere so you have to be careful.

Because you have something NEW. NEW is NEW for some people. Some people like knowing they have warranties, new paint, engines new, etc etc with no worries (occasionaly have those lemons) and what I love the most, that NEW car smell .

Now, some people don't care what they drive, whether is used or junk.

I must say im glad I went new this time though

I bought my bike used. It was barely used, but I saved myself about $4000 from what I would have paid out the door, and it had less than 1000 miles on it. It was adult owned. I could still sell my bike for more than I paid for it.

Buying used doesn't mean you have to buy a junk bike.
