Default Installing new chain, need master link/tool

Ok, so I have an 05 GSXR 750 and I am in the process of putting on a 520 chain conversion, and have run into a slight snag. I need to know where I can buy a master link that is a clip-type around the Richmond area or I need to know where I can get a rivet master link and the tool to install those around here. My master link has been misplaced. Thanks for all the help.

Hmm, I don't think so. There are a few cycle shops like Ultimate cycle, Cycle concepts and Burchams cycles, so I will just have to call around tomorrow and look around I guess.

I learned this trick from skr00z. If you have a press on master link, you can use a small crescent wrench and a set of pliers to press the master link into place. It will take a few presses for each link pin, but well worth not having to wait for a special tool.

Thanks. I found a clip type master link. If anyone needs one in the future around this area, Cycle Concepts off Hull Street Rd sells master links.
