Glad you're alright bro.. Did anyone give you shit for the accident? Any of the CR's? Like you said, blame could be pointed at either person. When I was reading your post I was afraid they were going to be on your ass.

Glad you walked away from it. Sorry your bike got dinged up, and that everything you've worked so hard for is taken away in the blink of an eye, but you've still got the bike and you still have the ability to hop back on it. That's what counts.

yea, i didnt even think about them getting on me until i talked to the director about getting a half day credit. he looked a little upset towards me and asked what happened. i explained the situation and explained how the guy moved TOTALLY off his line to look behind him to wave someone else by and there was nothing i could do. he seemed cool towards me after i told him what happened. all the CR's knew i was curtious in traffic up until that point and i dont think it was really an issue.

bike is back together, just need to secure a part of the fairing and get a peg for the right side and shes back on the track.

Glad to hear you are doing better, a few of us wanted to come up to Summit Point on Saturday but the weather sucked.

like i said, i went there to do 2 things and i got them both done. im an advanced rider now and my suspension is dialed in. im just waiting for nesba to put that in the system and im signing up for my next days

seanazzy - are you talking about the back section thats pretty highspeed than goes to real low speed when it tightens up? it took me a long time to get a good line through there. the CR i was following had a garbage line going through there, for me atleast. once i figured it out he could be 5-6 bike lenghts ahead of me, and coming into that section i would be right up on him.

any plans on going back there for the next one they have? i was thinking about it, i have some credits built up so i wouldnt have to pay that much to go. maybe we can meet up?
yeah, that's the section. the cr (miller) said he enters that turn around 120!! my next day is main on june 8th i think a friday.

damn, i dont know about 120, but i was at the high end of 3rd coming through there so it may of been up around there. honestly, thats one section i didnt want to look down to check up on my speed. i was definitely starting to get a little ballsy coming through there though.

ill check and see what i can about that weekend. are you running the jefferson course sat/sun? i wont be able to make the main course on friday.

nah, i'm on the waiting list though.

yeah, on my 1000 i was in third and hit second before the first part of the turn and first at the double...always got bunched up in there though...plus it was 30 degrees so... i still haven't had the warm weather track experience yet. main should be nuts!

Wow...i hope you like flat black...lol. dam that was mean, but you know im j/k.

In all seriousness - dude, im so glad to hear you are ok. Man would that suck me just talking about you going to the track and then hear you got wasted on it.....

In all honesty, I was expecting a lot worse from the bike, thinking everything would have completely torn off and shit. Did it just slide the whole time? Im assuming it did since only really one side is damaged.

Anyway, dude, i hope you heal up fast. I know it sucks that you went down, but thank god it was in a controlled environment and not out on the street. It just proves how dedicated you are to it to be taking chances like that, showing that you are a great rider....that or just crazy! lol. Just eat that pampering shit up as much as you can, but just try to get back out there as soon as possible.

haha, oh im still eating that shit up. im back at work fucking off on the internet and i feel awesome today. my neck is really the only thing thats sore now, but its almost gone.

i was expecting the bike to be a lot worse too. i think what happened is it went down on its left side, slide, then flipped over its topside and landed on its right. it broke the right clip on and rear set peg. i couldnt imagine what me/the bike would look like if that was the street...

i know we were just talking about going out to the track, i hope that doesnt scare you away from it. trust me, its the most fun you will ever have on your bike.
