Corey, i found a 2001 KAWASAKI ZX6R, 3k miles, blue, polish frame, full D & D exhaust. $5,300

I wanted jason's bike but i told a friend about the price he was asking but i told steph about the price he was asking and he wants her to jump on it from under me so he can sell it quick. She called me last night i told her go ahead i dont care. Soooooo, screw it. im just gonna hopefully throw some money down on one this week.

Does 5300 sound good? im gonna talk him down to 5k or a little less. No cosmetic damage, never been dropped or anything like that. It's the same color as Justins.....also do the 01's have the digital tach? I'm not too sure i dig it that much

5,300 as a starting price is ok, but if he won't move on it substantially i'd say you could get one cheaper... i'd throw 4,500 cash at him and walk away if he won't take it, then call him in two days... if not there are plenty of other bikes out there, but then again if he will move a little bit and you really want it i wouldn't let it get away for 200$ since you'd probably blow it in the mean time searching for another bike

and if you dont' already have a good set of gear, remember to set aside 500+ for that

Bad thing its the common blue and white :\ im not a fan of that so you know my ass would paint that shit a wild color anyway.

I dont know if he was saying he would just sell it to me at the price or what.... But still damn good id say.

Doesn't sound too bad. I'd hope to see a little less, but you don't want to low ball anyone either. That milage is excellant and the candy blue is beautiful IMO. '01's have analog tachs and spedos and no gas or shift light either. The gauge faces are black if that matters. I dislike the digital tach on Justins bike from first look, but I've never riden with it, so I can't say for sure what I think about it. Just says he's never had a problem with it. You'll like the '01 bike though (I used to have an '01). They are comfy for decently long rides. I rode mine to nags head quite a few times and to myrtle beach once.
