well sat. night i was on the interstate wif one of my boys (he was in a integra following me) well i went to hit a lil speed burst and hit only about 100 or 110 and decided to check my side real quick to do a lane change and as i turn my head to look my visor flys off. i didnt even realize what happen till after a couple seconds i found it quite funny..but at the same time i find it kind of gay that i paid so much for a helmet and the plastic peice just flew off? well i was gonna get a tint visor anyways.

 

You must have an hjc mine did that alot and if its an hjc then thats not alot of money look a t aria suomy or shoei not thats a chunk of change I have 2 hjc visors if you want them one clear and one dark tint lmk

 

My buddies helmet just did this aswell, and his is a blue HJC.

 

thanks for the offer but mine is a kbc....does anyone have a extra visor i can buy or have?

 

kbc updated the springs in alot of their helmet's baseplates because of that issue i'm told, some are grey and some are red, i'm assuming the red spring is the new one but i'm not 100%, but i'd get a new set of baseplates along with a new visor
