Actually, there are alot of techniques from Motorcross racing that you apply in road racing...... Main one being counter steering. So you are wrong in your statement........ most people that have riden dirtbikes or have done any motorcross racing will pick up on riding a street bike faster than someone who hasnt!
I wasnt saying that it doesnt help, I was just saying that just because someone has rode a motocross bike does not mean they can just run and jump on streetbike and know what they are doing.
