Re: best place to order maintence items
just go to a dealer. unless your ordering them in bulk, wouldn't be any cheaper to order them from anywhere after you figure in shipping costs.
dealerships always carry oil, filters, plugs, etc. they may or may not have an air filter in stock though.

Re: best place to order maintence items
i agree... the only way you can really make shopping online for items like that is if you buy them a few at a time, like enough oil and filters to last you a year, or if your going to go through and do alot of things at once and you order it all together
but if its just some small stuff i'd say support your local dealer, it always helps to atleast have some kind of a relationship with them even if a small one because you never know when you might need some kind of help

If you really don't want to deal with dealerships, I recommend http://www.bikebandit.com. I've done business with them several times and the whole process usually takes about 5 days from order to delivery.

I'm gonna chime in and say BikeBandit is garbage. They fucked up a major order I made a few weeks ago for KTM parts. After waiting nearly 3 weeks, they cancelled the order. Why I had to wait that long for them to automatically cancel the order,I have no clue, but I'll never waste my time and money with them ever again. I ordered the parts I needed from a KTM outlet called Munn Racing and got my stuff in a week flat.
If its general OEM stuff MR RACING is the place to go IMHO.
