Would be helpful for someone delivering the mail or newspapers. Other than that (or the novelty of having something different), not sure why.

so that engine bay looks good but the one patrick posted of the last black 240 we did looked like ass?? I dont get it :shrugs:

 

There is a reason you don't get it. After looking at a gazillion sr engine bays you'll understand why some look clean and some don't. The key is making it look as factory as possible. I honestly am not trying to start shit, and i expected you to have some cute remark about the bay, which is fine. Live and learn I guess, but it's hard to learn w/o experience... and that is not something I lack. I've learned from my mistakes over the past 20 or so SR swaps i've done. Everyone makes mistakes, especially the inexperienced... but it is what you learn from those mistakes is what counts.
