evo swap? lol, i'de say nitrous or a for sale sign, if it were me it would be the for sale sign, because that car is not worth it.

 

You should do whatever you want. Personaly the srt swap seems like the obvious choice. but if you want to go N/A why not grab a 2.4 from the junkyard, put some higher compression pistons in it, maybe a hotter cam & port work. could be a pretty good time in that car

 

if that the case you will just be wasting your money.

ok for those that just make fun. yes i have seen f&f and no i didnt like the movie. secound i wanted to get ur imput on an idea. yes i know the car is not "worth it " but to me it is.i have thought about turbo for a long time but i decided it was not for me. i figured to go with higher compression. and the evo idea i was thinking about was to take the motor/tran. and make mt car awd. in my car this with have loads of modifications that would need to be done like completly redoing pretty much everything but it is no more different than a guy taking a rx7 and swaping it with a v8. oh and yes i know that the evo is a turbo motor.so for those that all they can do is make fun. i have to say alot of things that have been said about neons is true such as bad head gaskets. yes they dont have the power of the cars now. but they have one hell of a ridged frame. and it is a good platform for a sedan. so before you make fun of the car more just think those hondas that every one loves and that are so cool to have. just think to your selves they are a wanna be neon.
