Sold my house...need a temp rental
I didn't expect my house to sell so quick, but I just agreed to an offer that is due to close on June 22. My new house won't be ready until mid-August to early September so I need to find a place to rent until then.
I'm looking for something in the Midlothian area (prefer near Brandermill) with at least 2 BR, allows dogs (boxer and min-pin), will do a month to month lease, rent is under $1k/mo and is available by June 15. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

www.roommates.com <-- best place to find rentals. Couldn't close and rent back from new owners? Seen that done many times.
