Well with the Divorce well underway and lawyer retained, the house looks like it is going to sell leaving my son and I homeless.

Need to find a decent 2 or more bedroom (3 ideal) house anywhere but southside, preferably east end / mechanicsville areas.

Garage or carport would be a nice bonus but not required. Same with basement.

Anyone have anything or see anything please post it here, with numbers if possible if you happen to see one while out enjoying life.

Absolutely not interested in townhouse or apartment.

If you see a house for sale by owner and it is currently occupied, knock on the door and ask if they would be interested in renting the place instead. There is no sales commission paid and the owners' incentive would be to allow the home to continue to appreciate in value before attempting to sell again.
