the guy who helped me out on my knee is supposed to be the best knee doctor on the peninsula...his name is Dr. Fithian and another really good knee doctor just did double knee replacement on my granddad in november his name is Dr. Trishman...both are on the peninsula...Dr. Fithian is at a place if i remember right called hampton roads orthopedic and sports medicine, i'm almost positive thats the name...hope this helps and you get better soon
