NTB: windshield and inspection needed in Richmond

hey guys i am in need of you help again, i need to get my girlfriends windshield replaced and i need an inspection, i live and work downtown Richmond, so any help would be great.

Hey Saba, it's me Anthony from RTC with the black Spec V.

I know the guy that does windshields at www.spmgva.com His name is Jack. He also works at Hanover Tire and they can do both there.

Also, is the car passable for inspection or are you just looking to buy a sticker? lol
