Got a job at VCU starting April 14th.

Looking to see if anyone needs a roommate in the 804 area.

No pets.
Don't smoke.
Clean.
Hopefully won't be home much.

Would anyone know decent places to check out that's not to far from the VCU area?

You could check out some dorms that's directly beside VCU called Pine Court.
I'm not sure on how much it is though.
