I think Chris's application for Asshole of Central needs to be revoked.

Boy/girlfriends are supposed to do that kind of stuff for each other. If not, need to put their application in and send them on their way.

according to a site that was poste don here a while back where u can type in the ages, 16 can consent only to 16 and 17 year olds... 15 and under cannot consent and 18 and older can not be consented to by a 16 year old....
