You might want to ask Jarrod that. If I recall he made a post about it somewhere and an RPM member also pmed me about this thread wondering what the hell were you talking about also saying he was injured. I do believe that some of the QMS guys in 2004 were talking shit about Marines at Richmond drag and that was a sore spot for Jarrod.

I just find it so funny that in another thread you stated this Now you are acting like you know everything about the total force structure of the Army and ask why am I not in Iraq when you have absolutely no clue why I am not in VA.

I am going to go back to my job training Americas Soldiers, listen to briefs on why we cant afford to let trainees go, the strength of the Army why you continue to write posts on drag on how you are the expert on the Army their strength, manpower and deployability issues, when you barely paid off your GI Bill requirement(1 year/$1200) and work at a store and base todays Army off either your past or from a minute friends that didn't make up the majority of 250K + Soldiers.

I agree with Richards post. However, in just about every war there has always been the need for ground troops. It isn't the main deciding factor, but part of it which does suck. He has alot of valid and proven points.

Brian- I am not saying you were wrong. I am just pointing out that not all branches are solely the spearheads. Some are in some wars. They have different Missions in which the Marines actually have 5 if I recall. In many ways they all have the same one and part of the Marine Corps Missions is in joint operations with the other services.

Daniel give it up. Seriously you have no idea on this situation. You do not know anything about the force structure of the Army and why they need an extra 80,000 soldiers to fullfill the brigades as the op tempo is too much for the Army who are deployed in 3 major places right now. My division sent around 800 of us to mobilize. 30 of us went to Ft. Leonardwood to train Soldiers and the rest went to Iraq to train the Iraqi National Guard.

I wont disclose what happened to Jarrods brother out of repsect to the family and as it affected them. This just shows that you are quick to just run your mouth on a subject not knowing what the heck you are talking about.

I go away to the Army because I am fullfilling my service to my job, something you never could do right(go figure huh) and I know what is going on in the Army. I get my info right from the source. Staff call meetings and training meetings and briefings from Colonels, Regimental Command Sergeant Majors and commanders. Where do you get yours?
