I've been pulled over 3 times for swervingaround bumps so my front lip doesnt scrape (all the times staying in my own lane), but they dont seem to mind the exhaust for some reason.

yeah I dont drive down broad for the most part in henrico county at nigh time. Its a sure way to get pulled. Richmond is way more lax since they are actually busy
