My god, we are paying $100,000 for this election to have 15 people/pct vote? Dam....get out there to your precinct and at least cast a ballot so we arent paying this much money for nothing.


Chesterfield is hosting a Republican primary for Clerk of Court - Judy Worthington vs. Dennis Collins and the Sheriff's race - Dennis Proffitt vs Garland Stafford vs Robert Poland.

If you are in the Bermuda District, you have an extra race for Member Board of Supervisor between Jack Wilson and Dorothy Jaeckle.

If you are in the Matoaca District, you have a choice to vote in either the Republican primary with Sheriff and Clerk of Court

OR - not both...by law you have to choose to vote in only one primary -

The Democratic Primary
the Member Board of Supervisors with candidates William "Bill" Hastings vs Donald Wilms.

Put in Chesterfield as the locality or wherever you are registered to vote to find out if there is a primary and where to go to vote.

THANK YOU for putting this up here. I really believe its at the local level that we can really make a difference. if more people were A aware of when / where for this sorta stuff and B go and vote we would have far less issues with the government.

 

I mean, its not really hard to do and would only take literally 2 minutes from parking to walking in and voting. All you do is color in an oval like a optical scan machine and feed it in the counter and your done. I think some places give their employees time off to go out and vote as long as you show them your sticker you get at the polls (dont hold me to that, you would have to ask your employer.)

Theres absolutly no line to wait in whatsoever out there.
