First Ticket, what to do?
I just got a ticket for reckless driving 75/55. I have to go to court in Dec. How will it go? Ive never been in court nor ever had a ticket. What should I say? What will happen? Help... please no jerk offs.
You'll be fine. If it's your first and only ticket, more than likely it will be dropped to improper and you will get a fine + driving school. no sweat. Just plead guilty
Just plead guilty. I'm not sure how old you are but I got my first ticket at age 20 so I was +4 on my license and plead guilty. The judge asked the cop how my record was (+4) and he reduced it from reckless 76/55 to improper driving and a $75 fine plus court fees.
Seriously, you should be ok, just dont be afraid to talk if you are going in front of the judge without a lawyer. Whats the worst that can happen if you say something reasonable?
