Re: Tournament Entries
You can update your entry up until the tournament actually starts, so that'll do for now.

Re: Tournament Entries
Year/Make/Model: 1972 Datsun 240z
Vehicle History/Summary: I found this car back in December through a VADriven member. I'm restoring everything from the ground up.
Modifications
Engine/Exhaust/Drivetrain: Motor is a F54 L28 block with flat pistons (higher compression), P90 head- fresh build. You can still see the honing on the cylinder walls! The carbs are 3-screw twin SU's. The exhaust is a 6-2-1 header to an original 280z exhaust, soon to have a vintage Ansa dual tip.
Suspension/Brakes: Every bushing on the entire vehicle was replaced with poly, and the car has a fully custom coilover setup using Megan S13 coilovers with a weld-on sleeve and weld-in camper plates. The front brakes use massive 4-piston calipers from a toyota 4-runner, and a custom machined aluminum 5-lug hub. Rotors are from a 280zx. Rear brakes use an S13 setup. Braided lines, of course.
Wheels/Tires: Wheels will be 15x8 +0 Pacer steel wheels, for now. 225/50/15 tires.
Exterior: Stock body, I believe it's Newport Blue (subaru color), needs a few band-aids.
Interior/Audio: Original 1972 dash, canter console and MINT seats! Also have a full black set of interior plastics- otherwise, all exposed sheet metal is white! I also rewired the entire car with an ez-wire kit! Audio? Haha, you wont be able to hear speakers anyway- and who would want to tune out that motor?
MOAR mad soon

Re: Tournament Entries
People can update their entries prior to the tournament starting, but as your car sits now it doesn't meet the requirements i.e. its still in pieces.

Re: Tournament Entries
Year/Make/Model: 2003 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible (50th Anniversary)
Vehicle History/Summary: Decided I had to have a red/tan/tan 6-speed convertible as I've alwasy loved that combo. My old Cobra was red/tan/tan 5-speed. Only found 3 red/tan/tan 6-speed 2001 or newer C5 verts for sale in the entire country. Went up to Youngwood, PA in January w/ my trailer to get this one. Decided to keep this car "basic" vs. my targa Z06. I wanted a car that I could hop in and daily drive w/o issue and take the GF out to dinner with minimal complaining
Modifications
Engine/Exhaust/Drivetrain:
*Halltech Venom CAI
*2003 Z06 mid-pipe w/ Corsa X-crossover Pipe
*Corsa Extreme catback system
*RPM 3.90 rear diff
Suspension/Brakes:
*Koni FSD shocks
*Z06 swaybars with GM HD aluminum endlinks
*Z06 springs
*Lowered 1.25" over stock
*LAPD ceramic coated tunnel plate
Wheels/Tires:
*GM high-polished forged aluminum wheel option with BFG G-Force KDWs
Exterior:
*OEM Z06 front bumper screens with matching brake duct and side cove screens
*Diamond-cut clear turn signal housings
*Diamond-cut rear license panel
*Flush mounted rear tail lights
*4300K HID foglight conversion
*Paint-matched OEM front plate surround
Interior/Audio:
*Brushed aluminum gauge bezels
*Vette Essentials premium leather shift boot and e-brake boot
*C6 Z06 shifter assembly
*Custom sunvisor delete
*Pioneer Premier HU w/ integrated XM and "vrumvrum" surround plate
Day 1
Visor delete
Sprucing up the interior
Suspension bits
Corsas, flush tails, diamond-cut rear panel + 12-15 hrs of buffing

Yeah I'll be updating mine probably as soon as the springfest meet is done with so I have better/more pictures. Coils will be way lower than this, and it'll have spacers on.

Re: Tournament Entries
2008 BMW 135i
everything but nav and the automatic tranny.
bought it new in august of 08, and have daily driven it since then. 36xxx miles.
Haven't dyno'd the car...ever, but it should theoretically make about 360whp/380wtq. Of course, theory is worthless.
Modfications
Engine: Injen dual cone intake, Stett Performance Engineering Hard Charge Pipe with Tial BOV and meth bungs, Agency Power Catback (secondary cat delete), Burger Tuning JB3.
Suspension/Brakes: Zip. Not much designed for the convertibles, unfortunately.
Wheels/Tires: 19" VMR V710 in a custom powdercoated grey, Yokohoma s.drives in 225/245.
Exterior: BMW Performance front bumper and black kidneys, Chris G's stainless fastener kit for the bay, BMW Performance sideskirts
Interior: BMW Performance pedals, shift knob/boot. Carbon fiber fabric wrapped trim, crappy ashtray delete, P3Cars Vent Boost gauge (one of the coolest things i've ever seen.)
need to take new pictures of the skirts and bumper. also, a new interior shot is due. looks a little different now.
and i hardly expect to do well here. the black vette is so dope.
