Re: Jstanthr 240 build thread.
I appreciate it, yeah the pictures came out a little funky. That's my fault. The front bumper already needs to be stitched, but I honestly don't care. Someone could put their tire in my door and it wouldn't hurt me. I built the car for one purpose. Drifting only and most drift cars get wrecked or beaten. The plan is to get acquainted with drifting and eventually get another shell and do a stronger setup.

i'd love to build a drift-only car, but i couldn't stand having a car that fun to drive and not being able to take it on the street. not to imply i would want to drift on public roads, but i don't like the idea of not being able to drive it if i wanted to. therefore, it would have to remain presentable, which isn't likely to be very easy if it's actually being used for drifting. catch 22- that's why i'm just going to stick to a drag car that will be daily driven.
i must admit i'm a bit jealous that you have the patience and resources to build a car like this. don't wreck it though- at some point i would like to know that if i wanted to, there'd be a nice s13 chassis waiting for me. if these things keep getting destroyed that might not happen...
