I need this for here in Japan. I'm just going to go with a 50cc scooter and call it a day.

They're addicting, and fun as fuck to ride. Especially when you do the GY6/2stroke/anything other than 50cc swaps. You wouldn't expect something like that to go down the road doing almost 70
i was told i was going 70 yesterday riding alongside one of my buddies on his bike. This was without a tune or heavier roller weights. I think I might be able to hit almost 80mph with a proper tune.

You realize these started in Japan? You need to hop on that shit. Japan is like the Mecca for scooter shit.

they are street legal. get around 100mpg. dont need a motorcycle license. in some places dont need a helmet. dont need to register or insurance. motor known to last 60k+ miles. New motor is $100. and gets bitches. other than that there is no use for these scooters.

80mpg* on that gy6
Don't get busted going over 35mph, or you'll wish you had a M class/inspection/etc*
Won't see 60k out of a gy6 without rebuilding/replacing*
Will need to register (title and tag too) as a moped by next July*

Stanced e46 m3? Waste of money. 5k + into an "economical" scooter? Even bigger waste of money. I'm pretty sure you could of bought that Repsol 1000 for that much.

I don't feel like spending the money. I have a car, the scooter would be for leisure. Not worried about speed and cosmetics.
