I got put in a jail cell for only 12-13 hours for 85 in a 35, evading police, and evading arrest.

Cop didnt show to court, I had a good lawyer, and everything got dropped.

 

I got into an accident (with myself not anyone else) In my BMW and for some reason I owed something I didnt know I owed and they came to my door at 3 am while I was 7 months pregg. and took me away to the NEWPORT NEWS jail which is awful for get this 50$ Assholes. I was sleeping too. Handcuffs and all I felt violated lol.

<<<<<<< Been in for driving on suspended. Duh. The bigger duh is that my dumb ass kept oversleeping and missing court for the times when I would have been able to get it reinstated. I caught all my DWS charges in the first two years after I moved down here. I have five convictions here, two in NC and two in MD. The most I did here was two months, and nothing in NC. Court dates still pending in MD. But they were all stupid shit. Not like I fucked up, rather the vehicle fucked up, or my directions were wrong. The firstone in NC was originally for seatbelt, (duh), and the second one was that ID check they did at the border a while back. Here in VA my only saving grace was that they were all in different jurisdictions. (1st-chesapeake,fine only; 2nd-newport news, community service; 3rd-saluda, 30 days straight; 4th-virginia beach, 30 days weekends; 5th-yorktown, 4 months straight.

Now I am trying to pay off my fines so that I can get it back. It sucks having no license for this long. All I know is that I want a bad ass car in my OWN name as soon as I get it.

The last time I had an officer check I had dropped down to -14 points, and the DMV has already taken me off the probationary period. I have already done all the classes and meetings, and have been working on the fines, so it won't be TOO long.

That doesn't make any sense. If you only owe money it's a Civil matter. You can't go to jail for that.

 

If she owed money on a ticket, that she did not pay, and didn't show up to her court date for she could be arrested.
