Got busted on 264 in Va Beach for 102/55. 6 months jail time w/ all but 5 suspended, 30 days suspended license w/restricted working permit, $1500 fine w/all but $500 suspended and 1 year probation. The judge was in a good mood, I was the 1st one up, and the cops testimony actually helped as well. I had a lawyer and also did the driver improvement course. To say the least, I was very lucky with what I received.

i got arrested for 90-45 and 100-55 because the speeds change and careless and wreckless and racing. i didnt get took to jail because the sergent said i was to young and that i would learn from my mistakes.

I've got a friend who has been to jail 6+ times for tickets. all just speeding or reckless driving, or driving on suspended. He's finally wised up some though now that he has -48 on his license, yes thats correct -48.
