How can there be a formula when cars have different power curves and leave the line in different manners?
To the poster of this thread. Run it on the 1/8 and find out.
Or if you have a slip from the 1/4 mile, look at the 1/8 mile on it...

That is incorrect. I ran a 14.3@87 missing 4th gear and never putting it in and I ran a 9.28@80 in the 1/8 on that run. I've also run a 8.7@83 in the 1/8 and a 13.5@104 in the 1/4.

whatever that 13 sec timeslip say's it did in the 1/8th
the only timeslip i have anywhere near my computer was a 13.8 @ 98.2 in the 1/4 with an 8.83 @ 79.8 with a 1.8 60'
