Definitely look at BBS's - lots of good styles that complement the E46.
I ended up going with a staggered set of OZ Superleggeras. In 18x8/18x9 +40 they weigh 18.5/19 lbs front/rear and really sharpen the handling and road feel. Since you have a 325, the lighter the better.

Re: What type of rims should i get for BMW ?
BBS or ACS is definitely the way to go, although I haven't really seen a set of wheels/"rims" on an E46 that I'd say I was in love with. btw is it a 5spd?
EDIT: also what has made up your mind on staggered wheels? The only practical reason I've ever seen for doing it is more grip, and you won't have to worry about that if your idea of mods consist entirely coating any transparent surface in tint material, then throwing 20s on a car that makes 200hp MAX, it'd barely move.

Re: What type of rims should i get for BMW ?
what the fuck, dude.
first of all, it's a 7 year old E46 325i, meaning that it's never going to look or be baller. Second of all, decide for yourself. It's your car, idiot.
oh, and if you're gonna smoke out the taillights, my advice is to just light the car on fire. they'll get real smoky.

Problems:
1) you're stupid
2) you're indecisive
3) you have no taste
4) you bought the wrong car, in the wrong color, with the wrong number of doors (and my suspicion is the wrong number of pedals)
5) you came to arguably the worst place on the internet to ask for advise because the only thing that everyone here always agrees on is that OP is either A) a god or B) a faggot
