What sports car would you get?
Sold the supra because I was offered 4k more than I paid for it 3 years and 40k miles ago. Plus I was always broke with the supra. I want to have something I can offroad, something fun to toss around and still have some money in the bank to fall back on if I need too.
Understood, but are you looking for an offroad vehicle or a sports car? Or you want an offroad vehicle(and know what you want) and am looking for a cheaper(-$8000) vehicle for your sports needs?
Thats what I get for skimming over his first post
I would go with a nice foxbody. For $8000, you can get a hell of a fast/reliable car. Of if you can live with 300whp or so, a 99 or so model. Or, just say the heck with it and get a saleen replica(94-98) for cheap and have a great looking car to mostly cruise around in. While a supra stock might be pretty quick from a roll, most v8's with stickies(no matter how underpowered they are) would still give a stock supra a heck of a run from a dig. If your talking about a car for under 8K that will outrun a bolton supra, Id have to say a fox or an LS1 on the gas should do it, especially from a dig. This is a "most case" scenario of course, as there are a few boltons supra's that get it done from a dead stop(Im sure you know jason, hotsoup)
