What should i expect?
Ok i am in the prosess of finishing up my turbo d-series EK. I was just wondering if i should be able to beat or atleast run with my friends stock 2005 SRT-4. My setup is as follows:
Turbonetics t3/t4
turbonetics EVO wastegate at 9psi
Drag manifold
3in downpipe and exhaust
FMIC and hard pipes
HKS bov
DSM 450's tuned on crome
I plan on runnin' him anyways but i was just curious on your opinions.

Re: What should i expect?
Is your D series Vtec or Non? If it's Vtec at most expect ~160hp dyno. If non expect about ~135hp dyno. Stock SRT is fast for stock and pushes I guess low 14s? So my guess is no...you'll lose.
END BENCH RACING!!!
END BENCH RACING!!!

Re: What should i expect?
i had a d16z6 with a smaller t3 and 450's, and on 10psi i was at 190ish on a mustang dyno. also, the setup was over two years old and the mileage on the motor was unknown.

I have an EK coupe B18C SIR-G completely stock internally, I/H/E
My friend was in his 05 SRT4, stock, not upgrades at all, and we were lined up. I didn't know what was going to go down, its hard to tell with him so I didn't launch, but he did so I tried to get back with him. In the end he was only a car length ahead of me, and my strength is in the launch.
It depends on the driver, when he had his Jetta we took a Gforce meter thing that tells you the 0-60 and he couldn't get it below 11 or 12sec, but I got it down to 9sec first try, so I guess it depends on the driver.
