according to drag in my experience it over the years. EVERYTHING is rice except motor work which even is losing (nos comment made earlyer) any outside modification is rice regardless of tastefullness or tackyness except type R lips/skirts or some stock wheels. so dont look at drag for an accurate definition. everyone has different opinions.

 

Example of a ricer... Complete idiot.

 

ricer = is your mentality, the way you drive, how you constinetly rev at ppl and burn out at shopping centers..etc

rice= your ugly ass car..if you have a body kit dont mean its rice

 

a ricer is someone who trys to hook up their car but puts the most gay shit out on it. lets say his car is red but he has a green body kit on there with a wing thats not even for his car and stickers all over it, busted up tint, three different pair of rims and an exhaust that isn't for the car. That's rice.

 

Why do people do that and think it looks good? I dont understand...were they beaten as children and lost the ability to know what's not cool and what is....or what is needed and what isn't?
