It's kind of ironic because the supra doesn't need a body kit cause it looks great in stock form, but it's acceptable to put a kit on. Yet something as horrible in stock form as a neon needs a body kit, but it's considered "rice" if you put one on.
Body kits are not rice. They are rice when they look outrageous, body kits are supposed to make your car look nicer, not like a damn spaceship going down the street. I have a kit on my car and it just looks flat out clean, everything matchess and it's made for my car.

I'll probably get flamed for this by the SRT4 crowd, but the reason is simple. The Neon is a four door (okay some are two, but that isn't enough to save one), economy car. It is not a performance car. Putting a body kit on a Neon is like putting one on a Ford Taurus wagon... just doesn't make any sense to spend money on something like that.
