they got fined for tampering an airbag. it is illegal for tampering a safety device that is used in public roads which is law. plane and simple

Fuck em i took my airbags out of my whip. Does anybody want them? If i wanted to put spikes on my steering wheel i should be allowed to.

hm...i have no airbag SYSTEM in my car anymore


they deployed in a previous accident
the wheel was replaced w/ a racing wheel, dash upholstered in leather...so i removed the sensors and all the wiring...it's like there was never a system, save for the SRS light in the cluster

Nope, this is not illegal to do this over here. AS long as the car is road legal via MOT (yearly car check basically) then the police can't usually do much about it.

Its quite clear that other user and I have a difference of opinion, so im just going to leave it at that.

PS< fire, amelance services are there to pickup that kinda stuff, if they wasn't, they wouldn't have a job!!!!!!
