Yup I had all my paperwork and everything.. was polite.. she just didnt care, its all luck of the draw and I hit a bad weekend, she cleaned up an SUV accident the other night...not happy to see one going fast the next night.

So far for me:
Lawyer- $750
Calibration- $40
Driving school- $50

And I have not gone to court yet. I am not going to try to get out of the speeding accusations, just the reckless. I am hoping they will drop it 1 mph for me since I was polite to the officer and wasn't driving recklessly in the first place, and since I took the driving school. I'm not going to get my hopes too high though.

I dont think I will have to pay the Civil fines. I dont pay Virginia taxes, I have an Ohio drivers liscence, military stationed here and still pay ohio state taxes since that is my HOR that I am a "resident" of.

the 'unconstitutional' lawsuit got thrown out once, but i hear it's being appealed, and a class action suit is being taken, but i doubt if it's gonna help. we just have a communist for a governor.
