Evos here are way more expensive than the subies for some reason. I love the way they look, but their "fwd" layout always leaves me hesitant to buy one. Disclaimer: I know the layout is negligible to performance, just a personal preference/pet peeve.
The Sti has been absolutely stunning so far. With simple mods it already feels faster than the supra. If I floor it in 2nd while moving, all 4 tires will peel for traction. Its quite an impressive car. Zero mechanical issues, tons of compliments. I think i might be a 1st gen impreza fan fo lyfe.
My biggest complaint has been the squeeks and rattles in the wagon. I have had to tear the interior apart looking for squeeks, and everytime I fix one, another pops up.

My recently divorced buddy is in the market for one at the moment. We were going to drive over to Caterham USA (Denver) a few weeks ago, but it was raining and we didn't think a test drive would be a great idea. I'll take mine with a K-Series, thanks.

Yah the old GT4 did very well when it ran in WRC with Carlos Sainze driving if I recall. And then Toyota cheated and left. Still though, that car held up against the Evo's/Sti's.
