btw, 250/15 is 16.6mpg and thats if you used every last drop that was in the tank. 350/15 is 23.3mpg, once again, thats if you used all 15 gallons of the tank, you probably used less i would think.

Too bad mine is (depending on the site) .29 or .30. Thats why I said typically, it also depends on the import. Trust me I am not dissing on domestics, I respect everything I was just saying the reasons why they typically have *slightly* worse gas mileage because of their weight. Although a lot of new imports are getting much heavier lately. But the new mustang cobra convertible, 4100 POUNDS WTF?!!

Everything is getting much heavier nowadays, and i agree it sucks. My car is 3400lbs without me, and it has no power options at all. Hell even my neon is 3000lbs, but that one is an iron block 4 cyl turbo with power everything and a sunroof.

I wanted it there. On some of the LS2's they are tuning to 12.8-13. I prefer mine to be safer. Stock it was 10-10.2:1.

Are you sure? That's REALLY rich. On a stock compression, n/a/ motor like yours, 12.8-13.0 is WAYYY safe. 10:1 is rediculous. Hell I'm going to tune my TURBO car to high 11s low 12s. You could get some good power out of geting your a/f where it should be.

My car has a knock sensor and stock loves to pull timing, leaning it out, which would provide power for a little while would eventually get pulled back out. About once a month or so I'll reset the battery. Stock compression on my car is 10.9:1

There's no way your car was running a 10:1 a/f ratio from the factory, that's way too safe for a nitrous car. I'm pretty sure most LS motors run between 11.8-12.5 from the factory.

Oh yeah, if your knock sensor pulled timing and leaned it out I wouldn't think it would provide more power for any amount of time.
