finally....
Looking for 4 doors (per wife) but it still needs to be sporty. Price 15-20. Doesnt have to be manual. Some automatics have nice 'sport modes' . I had thought about the M3's. I am looking for something that has alot of aftermarket support for modding later. The only reson for giving up the S is for more room. A 4 door S2000 would be nice. lol.

Before the S2k. Got her to 355hp 323tq Built all me. Engine and body/paint work.

It can be. But its all relative. If you can do the work yourself and you're willing to, you obviously can save a good amount. It's also gonna come down to treatment of the car. If you beat the piss out of it, things are going to break at a higher rate.
