Ok it will be coming up on the time for me to be getting another car. I have been weighing the pros and cons of a lot of decisions. But when it comes down to the best interests of my famialy,hobby and wallet it looks like i will be trying to pick up A PT Cruiser GT. But i seem to be having a hard time finding these in a 5 speed. Are these a rare trim 2 find or am i just not looking hard enough?

I know i am going to get flamed for looking into a PT Cruiser but oh well. It looks like it will be a fun sleeper.

Why not just get an SRT-4?

 

Good question. Used SRT-4s go for about 11k-18k. I can grab a PT Brusier for about 6-8k

 

Well my opinion :


Id pay the extra 3-4k for a car that I can live a little better with.

 

True. But im also going to try and work with the sleeper advatage of the PT. And everyone has SRT-4s and cops love em' 2.

 

first STOP STREET RACING if this is your only motive for a SRT

and yes 5spd's are sorta rare.
