Depends on what you want it for and how you drive.
CTS-V is luxurious and has an LS6
The C5 is a sports car, gets 30+mpg and has a removable roof panel (unless it's an FRC).

Well, they sold the cts-v out from under me...so I guess I'm just gonna go with a vette...they sell around here for about $17-$18k with high mileage....
