depends...
if its a daily driver.. CTS-V no question about it.
Luxury and power, More room , and dead sexy
if its a track car.. C5

You've already stated you have a 240 that will shit over both, but you hate not having A/C. The CTS-V is a more "practical" daily driver, yet still fun and "moddable" (is that a word??) and it is very luxurious.
What will you tow the 240 with though?

I guess I won't be towing it anywhere....besides, it's up for sale down here anyways...and it's getting painted as we speak...
