I'm 22....what difference does the age make?

And getting a z06 is out of the question. I already got insurance quotes on both and regular c5 for me is $203 a month, a z06 is $312, and the caddy, if I got a 2004, is $233....

Big difference...

Most younger people would choose the C5 vette because of the styling and affordable performance...They would shun the cts-v because caddies are for old people.

It's hard to beat....caddy comes with the ls6....puts out 400hp, 395tq and runs a 13.5 bone stock...weighing in at like 4200lbs

depends on what you plan to use it for. I'm a fan of both, but would get the V over the C-5.

The c5 I have in mind is $19k...black hardtop...70k, iforged 3 piece wheels, stock motor minus a corsa exhaust....

2004 Black cts-v...all factory, 36k on it...$29k...

Catch is the caddy is giving me what I owe on the xterra and I get to keep the subs, tv's...vette is a private seller, but a friend of my dads and said he would hold it until I could sell my truck...

Plus I have the 240 which would shit on both of these, but I HATE not having ac...

Sounds like you're looking for a comfortable daily driver...That case w/o question I'd go for the cts-v

CTS-V. More practical/pimp and just as fast. The 04's are the LS6. The 05's are LS2. CTS-V are sweet as shit and you hardly see them. C5's are nice as well, but it has more miles on it. Also it's less practical and now the C6's are out, the C5 is just okay. I'm assuming the C5 is 99-00 judging on price.
